HER OWN CLIENTS' WORD FOR IT

When you feel stuck

Stuck is the word people use most often when they can't name it more precisely. Not in crisis, not unwell exactly — just not moving, in a life that from the outside looks like it's going fine.

Stuck is information

It usually means something is being held in place — a belief, an old loyalty, a fear that made sense once. The stuckness isn't the problem; it's the signal.

Why insight doesn't unstick it

Most people arriving here can already explain their pattern. Explanation and change turn out to be different operations, and the second one needs the body involved.

How we work

Brainspotting is particularly good at this, because it doesn't need you to know what you're looking for. Matrix Reimprinting for the belief underneath. EMDR when there's a specific origin.

Understanding the pattern isn't the same as changing it.
