Online therapy across California.

If you're anywhere in California — Sacramento, Fresno, Los Angeles, San Diego, the coast, the Sierra, the Central Valley, or a small town no one at the office has heard of — and getting to Albany isn't realistic, this practice is built to reach you by secure video. All four modalities translate cleanly online; none of them require you to be in the room.

Anna Talamo is licensed by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (LMFT #40713) and sees clients statewide.

How each method works on video

Four approaches — all telehealth-ready.

EMDR online

Bilateral tapping and self-administered eye-movement sets, guided step-by-step over video. The same eight-phase protocol you'd get in the room.

Flash Technique online

Works beautifully by video — gentle, quick, and doesn't require you to relive anything. Often used as a first step before deeper EMDR.

EFT & Matrix Reimprinting online

You tap the acupressure points on your own body. Video-native from day one; nothing about it changes on a screen.

Brainspotting online

Directly through the camera — Anna uses the on-screen cursor as the visual anchor. The body-based release works exactly the same way.

What you need on your end

Simple, private, quiet.

A door that closes, a stable connection, and a device that's not your phone if you can help it — a laptop or tablet gives your eyes and body enough room to move for EMDR and Brainspotting.

Session length

50, 75, or 90 minutes.

Weekly or every other week is typical. Extended 75/90-minute sessions and multi-session intensives work particularly well online for people who want to move through something in a concentrated stretch.

Start with a free 15-minute call.

We'll see whether this fits — and whether online is the right container for the work you want to do.
